Machining manufacturers have been emphasizing that the products produced must meet the degree of precision, which refers to the level where the main parameters of the actual geometric figures of the steel parts after machining are consistent with the ideal values required by the part drawings. The consistent level reached is called the production process deviation.
The precision of the products processed by the machining manufacturer mainly includes three levels. On the one hand, it is the precision of the specifications. The deviation of the specifications between the two standards of the production and processing surface layer is limited to not exceed the necessary scope. In addition, the precision of the geometric shape, Limit the deviation of the macroeconomic geometry of the production and processing surface, such as roundness, cylindricity, parallelism, concentricity, straightness, etc.
Another aspect is the precision of the relative parts, which limits the mutual part deviation between the two standards of the machining manufacturer's production and processing surface layers, such as coaxial and flatness and parallelism. The production and processing accuracy is the surface layer of the parts after production and processing. The actual specifications, styles, structures, and main parameters of the component set geometric figures are at a reasonable level with the main parameters of the idealized geometric figures specified in the engineering drawings.
The main parameters of idealized geometric figures are average specifications for specifications. For surface geometric figures, they refer to circles, planes, cylinders, spheres, and parallel lines, etc., for the mutual parts in the middle of the surface. Say, it's flat, coaxial output, vertical, symmetry, etc.
The parts produced by machining manufacturers are actually the cheap standard values of the main parameters of the geometric figures and the main parameters of the idealized geometric figures are called production processing deviations. The production processing accuracy and production processing deviations are all used to evalsuate the main parameters of the production and processing surface geometry. In technical terms, the production and processing accuracy is considered by the tolerance level. The smaller the level value, the higher the accuracy. The production and processing deviation is expressed by the standard value. The larger the standard value, the greater the deviation.
